Article Processing Charge (APC)

Starting 2025, OSCM Journal assesses an Article Processing Charge (APC) for all accepted papers to cover its operational cost and improve its insfrastructure and services.

Standard APC (USD 600)

The standard APC is USD 600. By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and accept to pay this amount upon acceptance of the paper for publication.

Waiver Policy

In some instances, the Editorial Board may grant a waiver to authors who require support from the community and are willing to contribute to the journal's review process. These waivers are granted at the discretion of the Editorial Board subject to budget availability. When granted, the APC can be partially or fully waived.

• Partial Waiver (USD 300): A partial waiver reducing the APC to USD 300 may be granted to authors who require financial support and are willing to contribute to the journal's review process. To request a partial waiver, authors should include proper supporting documentation to their submission in the initial submission files.
• Full Waiver (USD 0): A full waiver of the APC is available for papers first-authored by a student or early-career researcher in the OSCM field. Authors requesting a full waiver should include proof of eligibility and institutional endorsement upon submitting their manuscript.
