Submission System

The OSCM Journal uses PaperTrack through the manage.oscm-forum.org to manage all new submissions and provides authors, reviewers, and editors with better visibility and support throughout the review and publication process. If you submitted your work to our regular track prior to March 2025, you can still track its progress in our legacy EasyChair system.

Communications regarding your submission will be delivered primarily via email. You may receive messages from any of the following:

• OSCM No Reply ([email protected]): automated status updates and notifications
• OSCM Editors ([email protected]) or the Managing Editor: editorial decisions and correspondence
• OSCM Help Desk / Admin ([email protected], [email protected]): technical support and administrative matters

Article Processing Charges (APC), when applicable, can be paid through PaperTrack using credit cards (preferred) or bank transfers. OSCM Journal officials will never ask for your login credentials. If you receive any such request, please report it immediately to [email protected].

Authors are advised to add these addresses to their safe sender list to ensure timely receipt of correspondence.
